About Scott
Scott B. Zuckerman is a fintech founder and financial services veteran who has spent his career at the intersection of compliance, operations, and technology for Registered Investment Advisors. After years of seeing RIA firms forced to stitch together spreadsheets, custody portals, compliance binders, and commission systems, Scott founded DALS Technology, Inc. to build software that finally fits the way an RIA actually runs.
RIAFMS is Scott's answer to that gap — an integrated platform covering compensation, compliance, document management, attestations, marketing review, custody tracking, and regulatory filings, with SEC exam readiness designed in from day one.
